Christmas on Main Street 2015 Vendor Booth Application

  • Booths must be set up NO later than 3:00pm on Saturday December 12th
  • Booths must remain open from 3:30pm to 8:00pm (No Exceptions!)
  • Booth locations will be assigned at time of set-up
  • Vendors must provide their own table, pop-up, lighting, electrical cords, etc.
  • $10 Vendor fee.  No fee for Non-Profits
    • If you are a For Profit Vendor, you must possess a City of Escalon Business License ($23).  A one day license application is available at City Hall and must be turned in by November 28th, 2015
    • Non-Profit organizations must also have a one day business license (no cost) and provide a copy of exempt status
  • All vendors need an application and business license (No Exceptions!)
  • No late Vendors
  • Please describe booth detail below.  Best efforts will be made to avoid "repeat" or "competing" products/services by vendors; however we cannot guarantee
  • A prize will be given out to the Most Decorated Booth!
